Family-Based Immigration Options

Family immigration cases fall into several categories depending on the relationship, immigration history, and current status of the beneficiary.

Immediate relatives of U.S. citizens benefit from faster processing because these visas are not subject to annual limits.

Family Preference Visas (Annual Caps Apply)

These categories are subject to visa availability and priority dates.

VAWA cases are handled with strict confidentiality and sensitivity.
