After earning a degree in Nutrition from UERJ, she began her career in public service at the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation, supporting underserved communities.
In 1997, she immigrated to the United States and built her career in legal operations, contributing to nationwide actions that recovered over $500 million for workers affected by labor violations. Today, based in South Florida, Renata serves as Managing Director at The Epstein Group, overseeing operations and strategic growth while ensuring every client experience reflects accuracy, transparency, and respect.
